I use my dōTERRA essential oils for absolutely everything, from cleaning our house to helping our little guys stay as healthy as possible. We even use them to help our adorable dog Diesel with his allergies, joint function and overall health. They have helped my husband Craig with severe body pain, headaches and chronic neck pain. Essential oils have been able to help me with my all year round allergies, body pain, postpartum healing, emotional health and food allergies causing digestive issues.
Essential oils have become a huge part of our life. After having our first baby I really looked at what products were coming into our home, especially baby products. It's unbelievable how many products that are made for babies that have so many chemicals in them. Until you're educated you have no idea what is right or wrong!
My Mission is to help educate more people, especially mama's on which natural products to use and give you the tools you need to take care of your family!
I love being able to serve more people by combining my knowledge and experience of essential oils, yoga and birth work, so I'm able to provide the most natural solutions to help accelerate recovery after a surgery or injury, help improve your flexibility and strength with yoga, help with any concerns pre and post baby or simply to make a positive lifestyle change.
I have truly found my passion by being able to help and impact so many lives with essential oil.
The connections I get to make and the people I get to meet are just unbelievable. I feel so blessed to be doing this work.
I have supported so many families already with very common health goals & concerns. I can't wait to help even more because I will never be done this work!
